Rashmani is certified to practice as a Canadian Certified Counselor (C.C.C.) in the Northwest Territories.
The Canadian Certification Counselor program was established by the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) in 1986. Although not a regulatory board like the College of Alberta Psychologists, the CCPA has the right to self-regulate. This includes certifying, advising, and disciplining its members. Thus, individuals who have a C.C.C. designation must meet certain educational criteria and abide by the CCPA ethical and practice standards.
The C.C.C. title is protected and only individuals who have achieved the Canadian Certified Counselor position may use the title C.C.C. after their name.
